These terms apply to your use of the Furnishloop website and to every order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Products And Pictures

Our furniture is made from natural wood and hand-finished materials. Grain, knots and shade can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos — this is a natural feature, not a defect.
Colours on screen may look different from the actual finish because of lighting and screen settings.
Sizes are given in the product details. A small difference of up to ±1 inch is normal for handmade furniture.
Decor items shown in photos (cushions, lamps, plants, accessories) are for display only unless listed in the product details.

2. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Delivery and installation charges, if any, are shown at checkout based on your pin code.
We may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place the order applies to that order.
If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we will inform you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect misuse.
Please check your address, mobile number and product choice before placing the order.

4. Payment

We accept UPI, debit / credit cards, net banking and wallets through secure payment gateways, and Cash On Delivery where available for your pin code and order value.
For custom-made orders, an advance payment may be required before production starts. The balance is payable before or at delivery as stated in your quotation.

5. Delivery And Installation

Delivery time shown on the website is an estimate. We will keep you updated if there is any delay.
Please make sure the product can pass through doors, lifts and staircases at the delivery address. Extra costs for hoisting or carrying beyond the normal floor are payable by the customer.
Check the product at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and inform us within 48 hours with photos.
Our team installs the products we sell where installation is offered. Wall fixing needs a suitable wall; we are not responsible for hidden pipes or wires not shown to us.

6. Custom Orders

Products made to your size, design, colour or material are made only for you. Once production has started, a custom order cannot be cancelled or returned, except for a manufacturing defect. Please approve sizes and drawings carefully.

7. Warranty

Our products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page or invoice.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from water, termites, heat, direct sunlight, misuse, wrong handling, or repairs / changes made by anyone other than our team.
To claim warranty, share the order number and photos of the problem. We will repair or replace the part after inspection.

8. Cancellation, Returns And Refunds

9. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

10. Website Use

You may not copy, scrape or misuse the website or its content, try to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All photos, text and designs on this website belong to Furnishloop or are used with permission.

11. Limitation Of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at the city of our registered office.
